However, solving business problems and creating value while bringing out the best in others is often easier said than done. That’s why Michelle’s webinar, Manage Up, Down, and Across, is particularly impactful. The instructor used real-world examples to illustrate practical strategies and techniques for communicating effectively with different stakeholders, as well as inspiring, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve synergy—where the result becomes greater than the sum of its parts. Michelle also offered valuable advice on building internal confidence to navigate the corporate environment. I left the class feeling more equipped, confident, and empowered.

Charles Liu: How to deal with different interpersonal relationships in the workplace?

Charles provided practical, straight-to-the-point advice, grounded in real corporate scenarios and his own experiences, which made the session highly relatable and actionable. I especially appreciated how he answered questions directly—no fluff, no vague phrases—just honest insights. What impressed me most was his ability to help us view situations from a completely different perspective. At one point, I realized how much our unconscious self-protection shapes our reactions—and how, by simply shifting our mindset, what once felt unfair or daunting can suddenly turn into a lightbulb moment, where the answer becomes obvious the instant we look at it differently. It was truly an eye-opening session. I walked away with clarity, practical tools, and actionable tips. Highly recommended!
