Melody is a thinker, her webinar focuses on how to to apply strategy, develop critical thinking abilities, use networking and create roadmap for one’s career advancement. 1. Melody encourages people to find self's strength via SWOT analysis(Strength, Opportunity, Weakness, Threats). 2. She also recommends making workable IDP（ Individual Development Plan）for one's career and other aspects life（self, family, finance etc.), these are very good life advice also. 3. She emphasizes zoom in and zoom out vision, use critical thinking to create solutions to resolve problems. Her lecture also lists essential skills that a strategic thinker should have. Sophia老师昨晚的课是一堂高品质的课。她讲课的方式犹如她的为人一样认真，具体， 耐心和真诚。她把几十年驰骋商场的宝贵经验毫无保留地手把手教给学员。Sophia老师课重点就是在教授如何才能做到知识丰富的内在， 专业技术的提高也需要精准的外在呈现。，她特别强调把内外两者完美结合的同时还要做到高品质， 高效能传递给对方用户。老师用了一个很完美的比喻谈恋爱来帮助大家理解这个概念。并总结出了一个公式来帮助大家记忆。课后Sophia老师还亲自做follow up, 了解个人需求。我受益匪浅。希望今后有机会继续跟Sophia老师学习。

Amy老师非常真诚、细腻和利落，她的整个状态是打开的，所以其内化的思想和外显的语言都十分鲜活。听Amy老师的课，要注意框架下的细节处，且不要错过Q&A环节的提问机会(因为你将得到坦率和切实可行的回答)。Amy老师令我觉得：我们不需要去做什么更好的自己，我们只需要在人生的不同阶段去更好地做自己。而“做自己”并不等于“活成自己”，因为你这个自己是过去的。我们要disrupt ourselves, 用打开了的、独特的、勘测过的、新鲜的自己，在平淡的日子里找糖吃、分糖吃。
